My Story
After serving in the Israeli army as a young adult and growing up in a very small Israeli town, I decided to pursue my childhood desire of moving to a big city. So I packed my bags and moved to New York City to learn a new language, culture, and rhythm of life. The transition was not easy and on several occasions, I purchased one-way tickets back home each time ready to go back to what was comfortable.
But even as a young twentysomething, I knew that growth happens when we get comfortable with the uncomfortable. I chose to stay.
My decision to remain in New York placed me on the path of spirituality and eventually worked at the Kabbalah Centre for nearly two decades. There I built relationships with clients both in-person and remotely, oftentimes working with them as their coach. Throughout my time at the Centre, I coached hundreds of women through every stage of their lives including relationships, self-esteem, break-ups, motherhood, and career.
Little did I know that as I was coaching my clients through these issues, the Universe would test me in all these areas and push me out of my comfort zone. I was ultimately forced to answer “who am I without a partner, without my employer, without the friendships I thought were for life?” and more importantly, “how can I be okay when all these layers have been stripped?”
Each of these transitions has helped me identify and release patterns that were no longer serving me. I was able to reveal what I ultimately needed and to give myself the love and validation that I was often seeking from others. This included ending my marriage of 15 years that I thought would last a lifetime and my career of 20 years that I chose to move on from.
Coming out on the other side, I am stronger and more resilient. I know who I am, my worth, and what and who I will allow in my life. What often brings life coaches to this work is their own personal stories and I am no exception. I see it as a privilege to work with others in their discovery and wellbeing.
I believe that we, as people, have come here to evolve and it is up to each one of us to choose to want to live life at a higher level. This is where a life coach can help. To find a life coach who you can trust to walk alongside you is a very personal decision. I have trained at the accredited iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). As a certified professional coach, I combine a blend of ancient spiritual wisdom, theta healing, and an interpersonal and compassionate approach to truly help my clients become the best version of themselves. I have over two decades of experience establishing long-term relationships with clients to understand them, accelerate their growth, encourage them in their struggles, and celebrate their success.
